Her four-week beginner series builds in the right order: pelvic placement, ribcage placement, breath, then progressively the classical exercises. Each video is under 30 minutes. She doesn't shout, she doesn't sell, and she explains why each cue matters. Do the series in order, four times a week, before improvising your own sequence.
